Project Details

Rev. Frederick J. Tillotson, O.Carm. pastor of Our Lady of Mount Carmel, requested that three saints and one blessed were to be on each of the doors entering the church including St. John of the Cross, St. Therese of Lisieux, St. Mother Theresa of Calcutta, and Blessed [now St.] Titus Brandsman.

  • Amberose Marie Micallef was the conceptual artist for the saint windows.
  • Loren Schumann from Schuman Glass Art of Sarasota was the carved glass artisan.
  • Michael Courville from Courville Architects designed the custom made doors and hardware.
  • Dennis Wiederhold from Wiederhold Enterprises Inc. of Bradenton was the wood craftsman.
